Modern day physics shows us that all living matter is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. Nikola Tesla was a pioneer in driving this as a key understanding of the Universe and how it operates. Physics also shows us that one object of energy can alter that of another based upon the corresponding frequencies they each hold individually. Crystals are an example of this concept and why they have been and continue to be a vessel of energy healing for centuries across the globe.

Crystals and gemstones have been used for centuries to alter the vibrational frequencies of human cells, thus arguably effecting emotional, physical and spiritual well being providing healing and alignment. The use of crystals for bodily healing has been documented among countless ancient cultures.

The Romans believed that talismans and amulets of crystal invoked good health and provided protection in battle. Upon burial, ancient Egyptians would place a quartz on the forehead of the deceased. This act was thought to help bring the deceased peacefully into the afterlife. Indian Aryuvedic medicine has well documented the supposed healing properties in crystals for both physical and metaphysical balance. The use of various healing crystals is documented within the pages of the Hindu Vedas, which also references each stone’s specific healing abilities.

The Pharaohs carried quartz on their bodies to reportedly balance the Ba and Ka energies of the body. Royalty including Cleopatra famously wore Lapis Lazuli, a stone associated with the Greek Sky Goddess Isis. The lapis was worn over the eyes and believed to draw in clarity and enlightenment. When worn on the heart, the stones were meant to attract love and when adorned to a crown, thought to open the third eye of intuition.

The Ancient Greeks were said to have thought that clear quartz was ‘eternal ice’ sent from the heavens as the word ‘crystal’ is said to originate from the Greek word for ice, ‘krustullos’. Chinese medicine incorporates healing crystals as far back as 5000 years and is still used in acupuncture and Pranic healing.

It has also been documented that the ancient Greeks would put gems and crystals in the bottom of their water container to charge it with the energy of the stones. This process is gaining popularity in modern society with crystal infused waters popping up online and on menus in healthy restaurants and spas. The charge in the water is meant to draw the energetic vibrations of the stones into the body on a cellular level.

We know that water naturally attracts all electromagnetic frequencies that come in contact with it and how important it is to drink purified, filtered water with the appropriate alkaline levels.

We recently came across the company VitaJuwel USA who sells different vessels and crystal wands that are said to impact the energy and improve the ‘vitalization level’ and ph of regular drinking water. The Hagalis Institute, an international research laboratory specializing in analysis of water quality conducted a study examining tap water in comparison to water treated with VitaJuwel and came to interesting findings. The study showed neutralization in harmful substances, improved oxygen and ph levels, an increase in energy balance and also in the bioavailability of minerals.
